This is legally binding document outlining the working relationship between Registered Candidates and Gravity Facility Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

 

 

Registration with GFMSPL is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration. To apply for job, candidate’s need to get registered themselves first with GFMSPL. Details of applicable Registration fee is mentioned in the clause no.xx (Registration Fee, Including ID Card Fee & 18%GST). Registration fee will be one-time amount and non-refundable. Registration is valid for 1 year once registered. 

 

 

• Registration with GFMSPL is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.

• The candidate shall pay to GFMSPL the applicable fee even if the candidate is employed by the client in a different capacity or role other than the candidate was originally introduced/ registered for.

• GFMSPL does not guarantee of arranging interview/providing a job within a specified time period. Short-listing & calling a candidate for interview is solely at the discretion of GFMSPL.

• Candidates selected through our references and recommendations have to inform and collect copy of appointment letter post selection for the post. Without acceptance of appointment letter by candidate he/she won’t be eligible to join on duty.

• Candidate recruited for a job through GFMSPL shall be the employee of GFMSPL. 

• Interview could be arranged if candidate is willing for change of employment within given time frame, under the condition of availability of job with Gravity.

• GFMSPL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any point of time if need be, without having to show any reason.
